Goal Setting, KPI Management & Performance Benchmarking

Rationale: The 7-day Training on Goal Setting, KPI Management & Performance Benchmarking, organized by the Institute for Excellence and Development in collaboration with Royal Global University, India, is designed to empower educators, administrators, and professionals with essential tools to drive institutional excellence. Through interactive lectures, workshops, case studies, and industrial visits, participants will learn to set SMART goals, design and monitor KPIs, identify and close performance gaps, implement Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) systems, conduct internal audits, and benchmark against national and international standards. The program culminates in the development of an actionable institutional roadmap, ensuring participants return with practical strategies to strengthen quality assurance, enhance performance, and align their organizations with global best practices.

Overall Goal

To strengthen institutional excellence in higher education by equipping participants with knowledge, skills, and tools in goal setting, KPI management, quality assurance, internal auditing, and benchmarking aligned with national and international standards.

Objectives

1. Enable participants to set SMART goals and define measurable KPIs aligned to institutional strategies.
2. Build capacity in performance measurement, gap analysis, and corrective interventions.
3. Familiarize participants with Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) frameworks and their implementation.
4. Equip participants with tools and techniques for internal auditing as part of continuous quality improvement.
5. Strengthen participants’ ability to set and apply benchmarks based on national and international standards.
6. Facilitate experiential learning through site visits, reflection, and action planning for institutional impact.
