Rationale: This two-day professional development program is designed to equip participants with a practical understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and its growing relevance across modern workplaces. Participants will explore core AI concepts, discover useful tools for daily work, and examine the ethical, operational, and productivity implications of using AI in professional settings.

Through a mix of presentations, hands-on sessions, group discussions, and case studies, participants will gain practical skills to use AI-powered tools to:

• improve productivity and efficiency
• support communication, planning, and decision-making
• adopt responsible AI practices in the workplace

Objectives:

• Demystify AI: what it is and what it is not.
• Understand current and emerging AI trends across different sectors and workplaces.
• Explore the benefits, risks, and limitations of AI tools in everyday work.

• Apply AI tools for communication, planning, reporting, and workflow improvement.
• Improve productivity and decision-making using AI responsibly.
• Develop team or organizational strategies for adopting AI effectively.

Expected Outcomes:

By the end of the training, participants will:

• Understand how AI works and its implications for the modern workplace.
• Be able to identify, evaluate, and use appropriate AI tools for day-to-day work across sectors.
• Develop action plans for adopting AI in their role, team, or organization.
